Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our site.

Customers must provide full, accurate, and legible information in the order form. A telephone number is mandatory for orders from most countries. RK Wedding Mall will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer. All credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, RK Wedding Mall is not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards. Returns Policy: Please note that RK Wedding Mall does not accept product returns. All sales are final.

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not within our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process but may be charged to you by your government. They are entirely your responsibility. Customers should allow up to 15 working days for the processing and delivery of orders. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within this timeframe, we will inform the customer at the earliest.

While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in the color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received. All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order. Designs and prices are subject to change without notice.

The prices (wherever published) are exclusive of worldwide home delivery charges by courier service. Shipping charges are applicable as per the customer's destination country.

We take utmost care to ship the orders in good condition, properly polythene packed and then packing paper wrapped. However, the package may be damaged due to delivery procedure and custom procedure at the destination country, and we will not be responsible for the same.
