Exchange Policy

At RK Wedding Mall, we prioritize your satisfaction and ensure our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these guidelines for exchanges:

Any complaint regarding damage, stains, stitching, or other defects must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the products. We may request a digital picture to review the issue.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery, along with proof of purchase.

Exchange is not applicable for innerwear, gift cards, clearance sale (discount sale), or 'seconds' items. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused, with all original tags/labels attached.

RK Wedding Mall will exchange the eligible returned items free of cost. Once we receive and verify the returned products, you can select new products from our website. Please note that RK Wedding Mall does not allow the exchange of online products in any of our physical showrooms. All exchanges for online purchases must be processed through our online platform.

Customers must provide full, accurate, and legible information in the order form. A telephone number is mandatory for orders from most countries. RK Wedding Mall will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer. All credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, RK Wedding Mall is not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards. Returns Policy: Please note that RK Wedding Mall does not accept product returns. All sales are final.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us, including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes. Please send a detailed email stating the reason for your exchange before returning the product to: info.rkwedonline@gmail.com. We will process the product exchange only after receiving and approving your email.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, under situations where we are unable to meet the requirements of the order placed, or if the order does not comply with our policy, or for any other reason.

However, we will ensure that any cancellation is communicated to the concerned person within an appropriate time, and any applicable refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund amount to appear in your bank account.
