Online Shopping & Orders:
We will process orders on the next business day following the date of receipt of the order. If there's any issue with the payment, our payment gateway team will inform us, and we will process that order after the issue is resolved.

Shipping & Delivery:
The shipping charge is based on the weight of the selected products and the destination. You can check the exact shipping charge for your destination using our shipping charge calculator on the website.
Yes! We can deliver products to more than 50 countries worldwide.
For national destinations (within India), we partner with The Professional Couriers and Blue Dart. For overseas countries, we work with reputable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, DPEX, Aramex, Trans Air, UBX, and Professional Courier.
No. Duties, Taxes, and Octroi charges are not included in the shipping charge. These vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer upon delivery. They are entirely your responsibility.
For Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka, home delivery will take a maximum of 14 working days.
For other states within India, delivery will take up to 20 working days.
For overseas countries, delivery will take up to 30 working days.
Please note that these delivery periods are not applicable for customized or reproducible products, which may have longer delivery times.
We will send an instant email with shipment information once your parcel has been handed over to the courier agency. Within 24 hours, we will also update the tracking number on our website so you can track your shipment directly.

Order Cancellation & Feedback
Yes, we facilitate order cancellations. If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, a refund will be processed. Please note, we do not offer returns or refunds for products after they have been delivered.
If you placed the order using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking option, the cancelled amount will be credited back to your original payment account.
The time taken for the credit to reflect in your account depends on your bank's processing time. Normally, it will take a minimum of 5 to 7 working days from the date of refund for credit/debit card and net banking payments.
